IrishBikes.ie is a listings platform that lets sellers advertise motorcycles, scooters, quads, motocross bikes, bicycles, parts and gear, and lets buyers browse and contact sellers directly. We are not a party to any sale — we don't handle payment, ownership transfer, or delivery between buyers and sellers, and every transaction is agreed and completed directly between them.
You must be at least 18 to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register and when you post a listing.
Listings must accurately describe the item, be for a genuine item you have the right to sell, and comply with Irish law — including not listing stolen goods, vehicles without valid ownership, or items you're not legally entitled to sell. We may remove any listing, or suspend any account, that we reasonably believe breaches these terms. Submitted listings may be automatically or manually reviewed before they go live.
We don't verify sellers, buyers, or the items being listed beyond the basic checks described in our Privacy Policy. Always view a vehicle in person, check its documentation (NCT, tax, ownership, service history) before paying, and meet in a safe public place. We're not responsible for the condition, legality, or quality of any item listed, or for the conduct of any user.
Don't use the site to defraud another user, post misleading or offensive content, scrape or resell our listing data, or attempt to bypass or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Irish law, we're not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, inaccurate listings, or site downtime. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Irish consumer protection law.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
